Use
It is reinforcing agent of NR and several SR(as SBR，NBR，CR，IIR，EPDM)，Used for tyre，Heel, sole,conveyer
belt etc.
Application Characteristics
This resin has good plasticizing properties during processing, so it aids filler dispersion.It can increase plasticity before sulphurized,after sulphurized，it can effectively increase the stock's hardncss, tearing，wearability, strength and modulus at a definite elongation.it can slightly reduce elongation, prolong scorching,reduce Mooney viscosity.
Application Guide
Its reference use is 8～10%,HMT cross with this resin s methylene donor,The addition amount of HMT is 7～10% to BQ-205B.It must be added in previous period in order to prevent scorching during processing,The HMT should be added with the accelerators and surfur as the last step in the mixing cycle.
Package
Packaged in kraft paper sack with inner plastic bag，net weight is 25kg for each.
Store
Kept in indoor , dry and ventilating，protected from Heat and fire，the storage life is one year.The products that exceeded storage life and qualified can be used.
